Get ready, team! This week is our annual CRE Team Advance at the San Diego Yacht Club this Tuesday, September 23rd.


This isn't a day of passive learning—it's an active workshop where we will build our business plans and our team culture together. Please come prepared to present your individual GPS/1-3-5 plan so we can dive into meaningful feedback and collaboration. We'll embody our 15 Points of Culture, discuss our 2026 calendar, and engage in team-building activities that will strengthen our bonds and fuel our success for the year ahead.
