This Tuesday, we kick off September, and our team meeting will be a crucial chance to review our end-of-month numbers for August. As we head into the final stretch of Q3, this is our opportunity to take a breath, zoom out, and ask: "How are we pacing toward our quarterly goals, and what adjustments do we need to make to crush this last month?"


Let's come prepared to discuss our progress and map out our strategy for September.
