But as he reminds us, true burnout doesn’t come from effort, it comes from losing sight of what fuels us. Purpose, boundaries, people, simplicity, and giving are what keep the fire burning.

As we enter a new month and head deeper into Q4, take a moment to check your own “oxygen levels.” Is your calendar reflecting your purpose? Are you protecting your renewal time as fiercely as your lead gen blocks? The work matters, but so does the energy behind it.
