New Resources: I wanted to follow up on a question from last week's team meeting about Fast Stats data. The chart below shows the trend of historical closed transactions in San Diego County. Each data point, like the Fast Stats, is based on a rolling 12 months. I added an overlay of the average close price data to show the massive opportunity, even though the number of closed units is down. I'm looking forward to talking more about this at this week's meeting.
