Shift Tactic #5 challenges us to convert every lead to an actual sit-down, while Tactic #6 pushes us to tighten the capture–response loop on every digital touch. This Tuesday is both a BOLD Lead-Gen Day and our final team meeting of June—get your stat trackers updated so we can lock June’s numbers and roll them into next week’s month-end review (First Tuesday in July).
