We've often seen how challenging it can be to lock-in our open house times on Tuesday because our calendars aren't fully mapped out. This Tuesday, as we assign those opportunities, I want us all to come ready. This isn't just about the time you're holding the door open; it's about time-blocking for the entire process: drive time, setup, placing and picking up signs, and crucially, all the immediate follow-up and data entry needed to truly maximize each opportunity. Let's make this a week of intentional, highly productive action!
